Offer

Our offer will come in the form of a Purchase Sale Agreement. It simply provides clarity on the property we are interested in purchasing and the amount of money being offered.

Acceptance

By signing the Purchase Sale Agreement you are getting the process started for us on our end. We jump into action to complete our Due Diligence and Title research as quickly as possible. This helps us determine exactly how to proceed with closing.

Closing

Closing procedures and documents vary from State to State and County to County. But in general, a Deed is create that will officially transfer ownership. Your money is on it’s way as soon as the county of record gives us the thumbs up that all necessary documents are good to go!
